Even though green companies are burgeoning, materials and processes that go into the creation of sustainable goods can sometimes create longer waiting times. Handcraftsmanship and its necessary attention to detail often extend production time, materials availability (particularly in the case of recycled goods) can limit production output, and emerging companies with increasing consumer demand face their own challenges as they grow. The plus side is that you often get a product made-to-order, sometimes to your own custom specification, which can mean building a bed in the particular size and style you like, or simply receiving a fresh natural candle that hasn't been sitting on a shelf for months, but was made just for you. Custom order sales are final and not cancelable. If you feel your purchase should be returned, please contact our Internet Sales and Support Center within 14 days of delivery to request a return authorization and credit; not all requests can be authorized. Any products returned to us without this authorization will not be accepted or eligible for credit of any kind. Return requests for items shipped to locations outside the contiguous U.S. cannot be accepted.
